Years ago, within the sunflower filled land around Signaltower, North Dakota, six women rose well above their births and station to accomplish great things. One is left...grandma...and within this story she'll tell you about the great farting dog Demetrius, the human drive that corrupts, and those kids that very near to died beside the pitch toward the end of the Signaltower Youth Soccer League's finals. And she'll tell you about life, as hers comes to and end, life...and the sunflowers that grow tall and strong in the North Dakota sunshine.
