At Downpour, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. All products must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original garment tags are still attached.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
