Dr. Ejaz was a renowned Punjabi writer, economist, and philosopher, widely respected among South Asian and North American intellectual circles. Born in 1947 in Burjwala, near Sahiwal, Pakistan, he later moved to Washington, USA, where he passed away on March 30, 2025. He authored more than 20 books on diverse subjects, including a detailed five-volume commentary on Heer Waris Shah.
