Nero's Nile is a historical fiction novel with a dark twist. It weaves together two parallel narratives set during the reign of Emperor Nero (37-68 AD): A historically accurate account of the Emperor's rise and fall in Rome, and a fictional account of an expedition he commissioned to discover the source of the River Nile. An expedition which never returned.
